Superb stay!
comfortable bedbus stopregistration process
the location was great. our room had a very comfortable bed and a good shower. breakfast was also great (especially the pastries). i appreciated the bus stop being right opposite the hotel.
i found the wifi registration process a bit inconvenient. i needed to register to use it, and it was not straightforward. this took some time that i could have spent relaxing.

The bar area was nicely designed and inviting. It had comfortable seating and a wide selection of drinks, a perfect spot after a long day of travel.

the room had air conditioning, useful. fresh white towels were replaced daily. the bathroom included a big walk-in shower and was super clean, (i noticed it was maintained with great care).

i found breakfast had a great selection! the room was much better than many chain hotels i've stayed in. the staff were really friendly and helpful . i appreciated the free parking available.
the bar area was quite noisy some nights. it made it a little difficult to relax in the evenings.

the location is convenient, a bus stop is right outside, very easy to get into the centre. it only took about 15 minutes to get into the centre using public transport, super convenient!

the room was really clean, and i found it very stylish with a comfy bed. fluffy white towels were provided in the bathroom, a very pleasant touch.

The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. angela kept my room beautifully clean, i was so impressed. the lady serving breakfast was really nice. The food was yum!!!

the hotel offers free parking, a great perk! the on-site restaurant offered a good choice of meals for both lunch and dinner. i enjoyed having a nespresso machine in my room. it was AMAZING!!!

toilet leakingshower mats
the toilet leaked , which wasn't ideal , i must say. also , i found the lack of slip mats in the shower room a bit concerning. walking outside to reach the pub during bad weather was inconvenient , and the television didn't work. these issues dampened my experience.
