super clean roominadjustable thermostatcool room
the room was super clean, which i appreciated after a long day.
I was disappointed by the thermostat. It seemed impossible to adjust the temperature beyond a certain level, and the room felt consistently cool (even after fiddling with it for ages). this made it difficult to get comfortable at night.

great foodlovely roomfriendly staffoutdated window
the hotel restaurant served great food. the room was lovely. the staff were friendly and cute upon arrival. a subway stop near the hotel was convenient for getting around (orange line).
the room windows were outdated, poorly insulated and let in a lot of noise. it was difficult to sleep well because of noise levels during the night, reaching almost 80 db.

the front desk offered polite service. the text service was also efficient and helpful (responding quickly to inquiries). the staff managed luggage easily and the housekeeping and maintenance teams were excellent.
