the room rate seemed fair for the area.
I was seriously annoyed by the condition of the bathroom. The showerhead sprayed water everywhere but on me. also, the walls seemed paper-thin. I could hear every conversation and footstep from the room next door and above me. it was difficult to relax or sleep properly.

the room was very clean and quiet. the staff were friendly and helpful . i found it convenient to have shops and restaurants nearby. the side doors were unlocked, but i felt safe .

this hotel has parking available . there is no fountain drink machine available, only a coffee machine. while breakfast is not provided, a mcdonald's is located within walking distance.

the front desk staff welcomed me kindly providing excellent service. the maintenance man was friendly and helpful . i heard no yelling from staff towards other guests .

Excellent stay near the Parks!!!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were also super comfortable. The hotel provided great value for the money. I found it easy to access various locations around Florida using rideshare services.
I noticed the building lacked clear signage, somewhat difficult to spot initially.

The room included a mini-refrigerator, a TV, a microwave, and a coffee maker. I had no issues with my hotel room. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean.

Fresh coffee with cream and sugar was available in the morning. Guests can use a toaster and a microwave in the cafe room. There is also a swimming pool on site. Laundry facilities are available.

A 7-Eleven, a McDonald's, and a gift shop were nearby. These locations were within easy walking distance of the hotel. Getting to Disney Boardwalk and other Disney locations was easy. Nature walks are located close to the hotel.

They do not offer continental breakfast currently. Fresh coffee is available with cream and sugar packages though. Several dining options are nearby, including KFC. Margaritaville is a few miles away. It features reasonable food and activities.

The front desk employee on weekend nights was helpful and always went the extra mile. Expectations were exceeded by the excellent hotel staff. The staff helped with everything I needed. The owner is a great guy!!!
