The location was great. It was very close to public transport. The room was clean. The check-in process was quick. The staff were always available and friendly. I also enjoyed complimentary water.
The room faced the street and I heard some noise one night. I used earplugs.

The staff greeted guests warmly. The room contained good water pressure. The location is optimal for visiting places easily. I enjoyed the excellent location. The staff felt friendly to me.
The hotel lost its charm from its pictures. The bed felt uncomfortable to me. The water pressure was also low. Details in the place felt unwelcoming to me. I saw a torn wallpaper.
