helpful staffamazing varietydusty floors
The staff were helpful assisting with my luggage. i found a great little restaurant just one block away. It was quite convenient. the breakfast offered an amazing variety of food. it was definitely a highlight of my mornings.
i noticed that the floors in the room needed a bit more attention. my socks became quite dusty after walking around for a short time. it would be great if this area received a little more focus during cleaning.

the hotel is near the train station. major sights, like the duomo and ponte vecchio, are within a comfortable ten-minute walk. i found this proximity quite convenient for exploring.

the breakfast was quite good. (i liked the pastries).
The front desk wasn't staffed all the time. I found staff sleeping in another room once. also, the shower leaked constantly, it was not repaired during my three-day stay after i reported it. i was annoyed by this carelessness.
