I found the staff to be responsive. They addressed all inquiries quickly and were very pleasant. My room included a mini fridge, a comfortable bed, and a rainfall shower, which I appreciated. I also took advantage of the exercise room and the two on-site restaurants. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! It offered a huge selection and set the tone for each day.

I experienced a minor inconvenience with the valet parking. It sometimes took longer than expected to retrieve my car.

My room included a queen-sized bed with plush bedding and a selection of pillows. There was a dedicated workspace with ample lighting and conveniently placed power outlets. The bathroom featured complimentary toiletries and fresh towels were supplied daily.

the hotel is directly connected to the gold souq metro station. it made travel very easy. the executive queen suite included a mini fridge, very useful for storing drinks and snacks. the breakfast buffet had a wide range of options.

the gym equipment showed slight wear.

the location was perfect. it was close to everything i needed, and getting around was very easy. the staff were super friendly and helpful. the room was always clean and fresh, and i felt very comfortable during my entire stay.

i noticed the water pressure in the shower was a little low sometimes! it wasn't a HUGE deal, but it would have been nice to have a stronger flow. hopefully, they can look into it

the hotel is above the metro station. a bus station is located just beside the hotel. this offered me superb and seamless movement around the city. i found several restaurants and shops within a short walk.
