stained carpet weak water pressure

location was okay and the staff okayed my request for extra towels.

The room smelled like old socks and the carpet was stained everywhere. the shower barely dribbled water, so washing my hair became a real test of patience. i also found someones old sock behind the bed. I'm not happy about that.

convenient location pleasant staff respectful staff pool closure electronic key room access

the location was convenient. it was a short walk to clifton hill, which i appreciated. the staff were pleasant and respectful. they helped me with some directions i needed.

the pool was listed as an available amenity, but it was closed. i booked in november, and a notice went out in december regarding the pool, but i did not know. my electronic key had issues every time i tried to access my room. the card was reset, but i still had problems.

clean room friendly staff old room air condition

The hotel is very close to attractions. The staff was also friendly. The room was clean and bright. I would come back again.

The air condition makes noise. The shower makes some weird noises too. I think a complete makeover is important.
