The room smelled like old socks and the carpet was stained everywhere. the shower barely dribbled water, so washing my hair became a real test of patience. i also found someones old sock behind the bed. I'm not happy about that.

the hotel location is fantastic. it is very close to clifton hill. park and walk facilities are available too.

breakfast sandwiches were unavailable when i wanted them. also, i booked a jacuzzi room. the jets did not all work, a disappointment. i would have booked a regular room if i had known.

the location was convenient. it was a short walk to clifton hill, which i appreciated. the staff were pleasant and respectful. they helped me with some directions i needed.

the pool was listed as an available amenity, but it was closed. i booked in november, and a notice went out in december regarding the pool, but i did not know. my electronic key had issues every time i tried to access my room. the card was reset, but i still had problems.

The hotel is very close to attractions. The staff was also friendly. The room was clean and bright. I would come back again.

The air condition makes noise. The shower makes some weird noises too. I think a complete makeover is important.
