the staff was pleasant and provided a map. they explained what was happening in the city. it is close to the city center. they provided complementary city transit passes and it was a nice touch.
the safe box did not work and there was no internet in the room. the carpets were dirty. the hotel does not have air conditioning and it.

the staff was helpful, always ready to assist with directions. i also found the mobility pass, offered with the stay, very useful for getting around. it made accessing different parts of the area much easier. the room was generally quiet. it allowed for restful nights without disturbance.
the safe box in my room didn't work.

The family room offered plenty of space and looked recently renovated. The reception and breakfast staff were helpful and accommodating to my children. Reaching the hotel from the airport involved a quick and straightforward bus ride. The bus stop for the ten-minute ride to the city center is nearby.
The safe box in my room was not working which was slightly inconvenient.

Breakfast was fantastic, with variety, quality, presentation, and great service. The staff was always very friendly during the morning hours. The hotel is located near food shops and restaurants, giving many dining choices.
