the room was great. self checkin was very easy and there were great facilities in the room. i felt the space was generous.
the 'hotel' isn't really a hotel. the front of the hotel is a facade. i didn't see staff, a dining room, a bar, or a reception room. the rooms felt very stuffy and i found no obvious way to open any windows.

the room had nice features like the beams and modern yellow decor. it was also a great size for just myself. the staff helped me book another night when my trains were cancelled, which i appreciated.
the noise from the main road kept me awake much of the night. i probably got only two hours of sleep total. better soundproofing is needed.

the tea and biscuit area in my room was nice. i liked having that available after a long day! the coffee and tea tray was welcome, and i found it very convenient.

the location is good. it is close to the train station and the city center. i found easy access to food and convenient stores. it was easy to get around.

the room included a fridge, an ironing board, an iron and a hairdryer. i did not need to use these things, but i appreciate having them available. everything felt clean and tidy.

I found the location perfect for exploring the city. everything was so close! the room was nice and neat. The communication beforehand worked very well. i gained easy access to the hotel upon arrival.
it was just a little noisy outside.

the studio was spacious and well-equipped. i loved that it included a small kitchenette with a microwave, kettle, and mini-fridge. there was also a small dining table with two chairs.

Check-in was very fast using a code for a locker. Inside was my door key. all information was sent to me in advance. i had no issues .

the location is close to the train station and the city centre, a big plus! the hotel offered easy access to shops and restaurants. it was also near major attractions.
