Acceptable Stay with Some Disappointments
small room poor breakfast
The staff were friendly enough (I guess).
The room was quite small, so moving around with luggage was a challenge. Breakfast was disappointing, with the sausage and bacon appearing to be of very low quality. I also heard every flush of the toilet in the neighboring room through the paper thin walls.

mediocre stay due to several issues
expensive room no staff
the room proved expensive for its offering i found the lack of available staff at checkout quite frustrating and there were no personnel to address my concerns directly i had wanted to discuss some issues rather than submitting an online review.

a charming escape
family atmosphere scottish breakfast car service
I found the family-run atmosphere good. the staff accommodated our needs promptly, especially when my friend needed a downstairs room. the scottish breakfast was rich, and the indian menu offered tasty, traditional dishes every evening . the hotel even provided a car service to and from the enchanted forest. It was a lovely surprise.
I noticed the sound of running water from a nearby room during the night. It occasionally disrupted my sleep.

the hotel is a short distance from the town center, around five minutes away, positioned peacefully. mountain views were visible from the hotel.

the staff was attentive and showed politeness. i needed assistance and the hotel staff offered help and service quickly. the team was very helpful.

the breakfast included a full scottish offering. a vegetarian option was available, and there was gluten-free bread. omelets and porridge were also available, and there were cereals and yogurts to choose from. the menu offered something for every guest.

the room included new oak furniture that gave it a sophisticated style, and the room felt spacious. a double power shower provided a luxurious experience. the new fixtures added a modern accent.
