the hotel was near the station. i found it was an easy walk to the town centre. my single room was warm and clean. the staff were helpful too.
the breakfast was booked. we expected a hot breakfast, but it was not available. there was no explanation for this lack of service. a cold buffet was the only option, so we declined it.

My single room provided ample space and included an armchair, a desk, a chest of drawers, and a wardrobe. The shower room was also a good size and equipped well. I found all the hotel areas I visited scrupulously clean. A friendly and efficient team was available at all times.
My only slight issue was the coffee, as I thought its quality could be improved.

The hotel's location proved convenient, being just a short walk to town center and other points of interest. Being near the train station on arrival made it easy to access the accommodation. This was a huge advantage for me.

My room was clean and well-equipped with tv wifi and kettle facilities plus a good selection of drinks. The location proved ideal it was close to a convenience store and a pub with a large garden. The breakfast buffet offered great variety including cooked items cereals fruit and pastries. Staff members were consistently helpful and friendly.
The street was a bit noisy at night though the window was closed.

my room was quite nice. the tv was easy to use, and i found the wifi connection reliable. i really appreciated the kettle with a good selection of drink options. breakfast selections were excellent, with various cooked and other options available. i enjoyed cereal, fruit, meats, cheese, granola, fruit yogurt, and pastries.
check-in was a little disorganized. there was no record of my payment on the hotel side, even though i had paid before arrival. this made the check-in process longer than expected, a bit frustrating

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. I appreciated having a parking option. The staff was very accommodating in allowing us to use the lounge area after check-out while waiting for our train to London. The hotel provided a comfortable space to relax.
The shower sometimes only had very hot water.
