the staff was very kind, especially enam provided a great service experience. i forgot a few things in the room and he took the time to post them to my hotel in istanbul. it's a ten minute walk from the beach and main attractions. overall, it was a good experience to stay at the hotel
the window in my room did not close entirely, making noise from the traffic worse, and this was quite bothersome

The staff were kind, making me feel at home. Their attentiveness was noticeable. my room was super clean, everything looked great, and it included all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. the location was very convenient with shops right outside the hotel. This made getting essentials very easy and quick.
The noise from the nearby street was quite loud. It made it hard to sleep well at night. i think soundproofing could really help.

I was charmed by how close this place was to everything.. only a short walk to the beach and town. the breakfast was also quite lovely, and i liked the fridges and kettles supplied in rooms. the pool was a highlight. I especially loved the lounge chairs.
The hot water was not always working. apparently, that is something common in the area. the soap provided was a bit of a mystery. I was unsure if it was a 3-in-1 or just shower gel.. the room cleaning was only done upon request.
