The hotel had a restaurant. Food was okay.
my king room was small. i booked the room expecting parking to be available but it was nonexistent. the surrounding parking offered no discounts, i feel misled.

easy access city bike lake trail south side closed door difficult flush
The location proved perfect. It allowed easy access to city bikes. The hotel was near train stations and parks. The riverwalk and lake trail were also close by.
Upon check-in, I received a room on the south side. It was in an alcove section behind a closed door. The room felt distant. The toilet was difficult to flush.

broken ac snooty staff
The room i got was not great. The ac barely worked. the bathtub drain was slow, really slow. also, the check-in staff acted like they were doing me a favor. cupboard doors were falling off.

lovely stay near the park
super clean room convenient location firm mattress
I was very happy with the cleanliness, the room was super clean! i liked the location. It was easy to walk to many attractions. also, i found the updated room to be very comfortable. The firm memory foam mattress allowed me to sleep well after long days of exploration.
The temperature in the room was a bit difficult to adjust. I could only control the fan speed.

The location is central with easy access to millenium park. It is also within walking distance of many attractions with various metro lines nearby, i appreciated that very much.

The room was spacious and clean with a view overlooking the lake. I was provided with extra amenities in the bathroom, such as toothbrushes and a comb!

The hotel was well kept. Everything was clean and as described, and the historic building added a unique charm. The lobby and hallways were particularly unique.

The staff was accessible and accommodating to my needs. The security team, including jay, roger, and steve, offered excellent directions, and valet otis provided great service.

central location walkable campus easy access
The location worked well with many attractions nearby. The museum campus was walkable from the hotel. I had easy access to city bikes and public transportation.
The ice machine was a little far from my room.
