comfy bedconvenient bathroom
I had a comfortable bed, and the ensuite bathroom was very convenient. cleanliness was good, and i felt it was definitely value for money. The room had everything i needed. dominos pizza and a co-op store are very close.

a LOVELY stay

I had a superb sleep in Room 9. The beds and pillows were comfortable, especially with the clean bedlinen. I also liked the fridge. It was a proper size. The LOCATION proved perfect, near both the town centre and Cheltenham Spar train station. A Tesco Express was also nearby.
The staircase was somewhat dark, and the banister did not extend the full way. This made navigating with my stick a little difficult.

Karen and her husband were very cute. she arranged a taxi for me to an event. the breakfast choice was great. I chose a cooked option. the location is good near the train station.
the hallways had a lot of family belongings, it felt a bit cluttered.

the location was very convenient near the train station. it was easy to get to local shops. the room was clean and quiet. pillows were beautiful.
the bed felt lumpy and it was hot. the bed rustled whenever i moved. communication about breakfast times and availability could have been better. the staircase was dark and the banister only went halfway up.
