excellent stay near the station
comfy bed convenient bathroom
I had a comfortable bed, and the ensuite bathroom was very convenient. cleanliness was good, and i felt it was definitely value for money. The room had everything i needed. dominos pizza and a co-op store are very close.

a LOVELY stay
clean bedlinen proper fridge excellent location
I had a superb sleep in Room 9. The beds and pillows were comfortable, especially with the clean bedlinen. I also liked the fridge. It was a proper size. The LOCATION proved perfect, near both the town centre and Cheltenham Spar train station. A Tesco Express was also nearby.
The staircase was somewhat dark, and the banister did not extend the full way. This made navigating with my stick a little difficult.

The owners were very friendly and cute, and their warmth. They offered advice on local restaurants and happily accommodated my specific requests for breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Karen and her husband were very cute. she arranged a taxi for me to an event. the breakfast choice was great. I chose a cooked option. the location is good near the train station.
the hallways had a lot of family belongings, it felt a bit cluttered.

The hallways felt cluttered with personal items. It didn't create a very professional impression. my room faced a busy road so it was noisy late into the night. breakfast cost extra. I expected it to be included in the b&b rate.

the location was near the train station. a tesco store nearby offered convenient access to food and essentials. the room had a fridge, useful during hot weather. i found the bed very comfy.
the bathroom board showed early signs of swelling, slightly noticeable though not impactful.
