excellent location decent balcony bare wires old fashioned shower
the location was excellent with car parking. i had a good sized room with a decent balcony.
i didn't like seeing bare wires in the room especially near where i slept. the shower was old fashioned and i just feel that the room needed a really good clean.

I found location very central to everything. The staff was friendly when I interacted with them. My room had adequate air conditioning and a useful fridge. The pool seemed quite nice.

great location warm staff great service
i always book here. the location is great and the staff are helpful. service is great and the welcome is warm. the hotel is quiet, allowing relaxation in the lounge with a tasty cocktail. staff are always warm.
i noticed that while toiletries were provided, there was no toothbrush in the room. it's a small thing, but it would have been a very useful addition.

A Mixed Experience at This Location
missing cups old shower
I encountered a couple of significant issues. The lack of in-room coffee cups was annoying. I had a kettle but nothing to use with it. the shower was quite old. It alternated between scalding hot and lukewarm. The room needed some updating.

the hotel sits near shops and nightlife. my room included basic toiletries and a kettle. i also appreciated the proximity to public transportation right outside the front door, providing easy access to explore the area.
the lack of coffee and tea in the room was a minor inconvenience. i feel a provided selection would have enhanced the experience.

i appreciated the hotel's location, it was close to the beach and various restaurants. the pool was a good size and seemed well-kept (the water looked very clear). the staff were friendly and helpful .
the room i booked, a beautiful double room, felt a bit outdated. the wifi was not great, it was hard to stay connected. i noticed a lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room, even though there was a kettle.
