I found the staff lovely and always willing to help. the location was wonderful for getting around, a true delight. i enjoyed my short stay. It felt special. i look forward to a similar visit in the future.

The location was GREAT for accessing shops and restaurants! The host was really helpful, everything was perfect . I especially appreciated the assistance with directions to local attractions.
My room needed some attention. It was obvious that some decorating was needed. There was also furniture that could use replacing to freshen up the space. I was disappointed, REALLY.

the location was pretty central, i guess. it did have easy access to amenities, or so they say.
the room, oh boy, it needed some serious help. the shower door was held together with tape, i am not kidding you. and the floor? dirt stains everywhere, it was quite an experience. i hightailed it out of there after one night, couldn't stand another minute.

The location worked very well for exploring local attractions. staff were friendly and helpful upon arrival. the room was clean and prepared for my short stay. The sheets were fresh. i appreciated the central location, even if i just stayed one night.
I noticed the bathroom needed updating. The concertina door had tape. the toilet roll holder had filler that was not finished. i think attention to these small repairs would enhance the guest experience.

the room had its own bathroom, a detail i always appreciate. the provided toiletries were a nice touch and were regularly replenished. the room included basic amenities such as a tv and tea and coffee making facilities.

The hotel is very close to the beach. Made it easy for morning walks. i could reach the barbican and harbour quickly. the city centre is also very accessible from this location.
