friendly ownerfaulty codehard bed
the owner was very friendly and the breakfast was good, so I appreciated that.
I was very disappointed by the check-in process, as i had to chase for details. the code didn't work initially, frustrating. also, the bed was too hard for me. I ended up buying ibuprofen gel.

The room size was good and the bed provided comfort . Parking was available right outside the hotel. Communication from the management was very clear. Self check-in instructions were easy to follow. I appreciated that they registered my car for street parking. It was a nice touch.
The blind took a considerable amount of time to raise and lower. Another privacy screen would improve air circulation when the blind is down.

The hotel has a refrigerator . The railway station is very close to the hotel. It is just a short walk. Shops and restaurants are also located nearby, providing convenient access to amenities.

The hotel is very close to the train station. It is also near an ASDA supermarket, a convenient location. The room was very clean. It had plenty of tea, coffee, milk, and sugar. I found the entry instructions easy.
The blind takes a long time to get up and down. Another privacy screen would be nice as when the blind is down no air is getting in.

The staff provided excellent cooked breakfasts. friendly service was also prompt. adequate parking was available outside. I could even use the owner's drive, a useful feature since road spaces were limited.
The check-in was disappointing. I had to chase for details. i was informed i would receive check-in details on the day of arrival at 3 pm, but i had to call multiple times. it was frustrating.
