friendly staff welcome gift thoughtful notes clean room
Staff was friendly and very helpful. The welcome gift was cheese and wine. Thoughtful notes was left for us. Breakfast was good. I found clean room and comfortable.
The hotel is a little far from main attractions. It needs walk uphill.

helpful staff welcome gift delicious breakfast external bathroom long walk floor noise
the staff were really helpful with directions and local tips (i especially enjoyed their restaurant recommendations). there was a nice welcome gift of wine and cheese. the breakfast was delicious with a good assortment of food and drinks.
my private bathroom was located outside of the bedroom. it was a bit of a walk (about 10 meters down the steps). i found it quite noisy at times with people walking on the floor above.

Decent Stay, Some Issues Noted

The breakfast buffet on the rooftop terrace had a lovely view. The selection of foods was varied and of good quality, I thought. The room was clean, which I really liked. Staff members were pleasant and helpful, it was a good experience.
My room did not have curtains. Wooden shutters were present but hard to operate. I closed them once and then couldn't reopen them. There were damaged electrical outlets in the room, I found that a bit concerning. I also spotted a water bottle with rust on it.

A Terrace View to Remember
helpful staff delicious breakfast amazing terrace
I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. I found the breakfast delicious , a good start to each day. The terrace views were amazing, it was nice to have those included cups of wine and cheese.
The main door to the room was hard to manage , it opened and closed with great difficulty.

AMAZING Find!
fresh fruit helpful staff comfy bed
I GOT fresh fruit and yogurt for breakfast. The staff was helpful with directions. The room included free water and tasty little cakes. I APPRECIATED the comfy beds and wooden floors. Buses and trams are very near. These took me to the centre in just ten minutes.
The private bathroom WAS outside the bedroom. It was about ten meters down the steps. This was not ideal. I wish they would have told me BEFORE I booked.

The hotel IS near buses and trams. These took me to the city center in about ten minutes. I could easily explore the city thanks to the convenient transportation links, and I didn't have any trouble getting around.

missing mirror unclean bathroom
the room felt quite bare almost like a cell. the mirror was missing it felt odd. the shared bathroom was not clean there was no cleaning . the value was not good
