Great Location, Excellent Value
royal palace public transport wooden furniture
I found the location superb, right next to the Royal Palace. It was especially convenient with public transport links nearby. The room featured modern art and antique wooden furniture. I found it very clean with a heater provided for extra comfort.
I found car access difficult, especially on weekends. The closest drop-off point was about 100 meters from the hotel. This required a bit of walking with luggage.

The personnel provided great service that was above expectations. They cared about every situation related to my stay and needs. I would describe them as attentive and professional, and they ensured a comfortable and seamless experience.

nice central stay
central location cute decoration silent atmosphere underwhelming design misleading photos lack air conditioning
the location is awesome, it's super central and near many great restaurants and cool places to visit. the room decoration was authentic and so cute. it was very silent and pleasant, even being in the city center.
The room design was underwhelming. the photos were completely misleading. Instead of red walls with many flowers, i got plain white walls with tulips. there was no air conditioning, so it was warm.

central location soft bed
the location was certainly central near the royal castle i found it practical the staff helped organize day trips outside the city i thought that was really useful. the bed felt soft i slept well the modern bathroom was also a plus
there was no elevator i had to carry my luggage up the stairs

The location impressed me. It is right next to the Royal Palace. The room provided a lovely view. The staff proved friendly and ready with information.
Car access is difficult. The car cannot get closer than 100 meters to the hotel. It was a small inconvenience but manageable.

a stay with mixed feelings
helpful staff delicious breakfast small room faulty shower
I found the location to be very good. the staff were helpful and friendly. They even lent me a phone charger plug. delicious breakfast was available, though it was not included with the room.
The room i stayed in was quite small. the shower did not work well. it got very hot in the room. I could not stay in there past 9am as it got too hot.
