fantastic location friendly staff clean room
the location is fantastic, close to the zocalo. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was very very comfy and tidy. i found the beds super comfy, and the room was too.
i found the hotel had no exterior sign. it made it difficult to locate initially. i walked past it a few times.

convenient location helpful staff rooftop terrace
The location proved convenient with many attractions nearby. the staff were always available and quick to help with any questions. i also liked the rooftop terrace. It provided a nice open space. the breakfast each morning was a welcome start to the day
the old windows in my room had some gaps, which let in street noise. mornings were a little loud. i used earplugs to sleep
