the room was recently renovated and very functional. all staff were efficient and helpful (i especially appreciated the quick service). the outside parking spaces are handy if you travel by car.
I noticed the tv in the room was a bit old. I think it could use an upgrade to improve the viewing experience.

The hotel is just 10 minutes from the harbour. The shower was FANTASTIC! The breakfast included so much choice. The staff were all so helpful. Michael especially was very friendly.

the queen room was modern, and i found the bed to be super comfy. i also enjoyed the homemade biscuits by the chef (a great personal touch). the staff were always friendly and ready to share their knowledge of the area. i was especially pleased with the upgrade i received upon arrival.
the only minor issue was that the breakfast portions seemed a bit small.
