Acceptable stay, but some issues need attention

available parkingnon-functional heatingmissing soap
The parking available at the house proved useful.
I discovered the heating was not functioning. I informed the host, and while he attempted a fix via an application, it remained inoperative. neither the basin nor the shower dispensers contained any soap (a basic requirement).
