The location was central, near many attractions. Our room featured a balcony overlooking a square. We also found the self check-in and check-out process simple. Leaving luggage after check-out was possible, which I appreciated, as our trip back was later.
I found some messages about city tax payment through a third-party website slightly inconvenient.

The staff were responsive and helpful, that was awesome! Communication with the host was easy, with quick replies. They offered an upgrade to a room with a view, that was nice. They also allowed luggage storage before check-in and after check-out.

There was access to dishes, a kettle, and a fridge. This allowed me to prepare meals in the shared area. The air-conditioning worked well, maintaining a comfortable room temperature. this was a great asset.

Several restaurants and bars are located around the square, really nearby. There was plenty of choice for local cuisine. I really liked this area. These restaurants offered a good variety of options at different price points.

The location worked for me. it was close to attractions, i liked that. i found the hotel lobby useful. It had coffee and tea. leaving my luggage after checkout was convenient and i appreciated it.
the tv worked but was too noisy for me to hear anything, it need repair or replacement.

the beds were very comfortable. inside the hotel i did note a good fragrance. it make a great impression. this detail is important for me.
the toilet door were not sound proof. for some couples this might be a problem i think. also i dont find a normal body soap. i only see hand soap in the bathroom.
