central stay with a couple of quirks.
central location cute coffee responsive staff convenient luggage storage
The location was really central, just a short walk from la rambla. It was easy to get around. i liked that the room had water and coffee available, it felt cute. the staff were responsive using whatsapp , made communication simple. they also offered luggage storage after checkout, so i could explore a bit longer.
the building's entryway seemed a little worn, and the elevator looked quite old which was a slight concern. it didn't affect my stay directly, but it wasn't the most inviting first impression.

My double room included a television with several german channels. I also used netflix. the bed and bedding felt comfortable and clean. the room provided items to make coffee.

the room provided coffee, so i did not eat at the hotel, but there are many places for dining nearby. lots of restaurants are a quick walk away. i found many choices.

The hotel is within walking distance of several places for sightseeing, la rambla, and the cruise port. the area felt safe. It allowed me to explore a lot without needing taxis. it was convenient.

ines was very helpful and friendly. she assisted with directions and even with using the tv. she responded quickly to all questions. i appreciate it.

problems outweigh positives
payment issues lack of light
the location was decent for getting around.
the check-in process was far from smooth, with payment issues creating unnecessary stress before i even got there. finding the place was a challenge, the fact that it's just one floor in an old building. also, the lack of natural light.

unresponsive key card old elevator
the location was acceptable to my needs. free coffee, tea, biscuits, and muffins were available daily in my room.
the front door never seemed to work efficiently, my key card was unresponsive frequently. the entrance presented as filthy and outdated, it featured an old elevator plus narrow stairs. this cause me undue consternation.
