The staff was really friendly and helpful throughout my stay! I appreciated the complimentary chocolate and soft drinks given as a welcome bonus! The hotel's proximity to the tram and metro stations made getting around super easy! I will definitely be back.

The location near the museums was fantastic. I found it very easy to walk to Albert Cuyp market. I really liked the complimentary tea available in the breakfast area and the water and snacks in my room were a good surprise.

i loved how friendly the staff were at the hotel! they let me check into my comfort double room basement early and also helped me out after i had already checked out. the hotel location is also great for seeing central tourist spots. i liked that the ride to the airport only took 40 minutes by public transport.
i didnt like that my room felt too small! the beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were uncomfortable too. i found a bag that looked like a cocaine bag under my sheet on my last night. it made me think they dont clean properly. sticky spots were all over the floor.

I found the staff friendly and provided great service. the location is advantageous, south of museums. the tram station is a short walk. A quick ride takes you to the city center.
i couldn't control the heating. i couldn't switch it off. a technician had to come and manually turn it off. the room got super hot. i couldn't open the window because of the tram noise.

this hotel is near an albert heijn supermarket, very convenient. the van gogh museum and the rijksmuseum are a fifteen-minute walk. there are also trams and the metro within walking distance that can bring you to centraal station.

The hotel is near museums and public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful with local recommendations for dining (I appreciated this). I also enjoyed the complimentary drinks and snacks in the minibar upon arrival, a nice touch. The water dispenser on the first floor was convenient, especially after long days.
