The site manager sent all check-in details promptly. The room was very spacious, a detail I valued. The space was well maintained and the toilets were cleaned each night. There was also a shower in the room.
The toilet was located in the corridor. The toilet also lacked a shelf or hook for my towel. There was no means to dry my hands except using my towel from the room. The room seemed shabby and did not look like the photos.

the staff was helpful with check-in details. my room had a fan and ironing board, which i found useful. i appreciated the proximity to many restaurants (it made dining very easy). the location was quiet, despite being on brick lane.
the walls are a bit thin so i could sometimes hear noises from other rooms.

The hotel has a great location near Brick Lane (it was easy to find good restaurants). My room was located on the ground floor, so i didn't need to carry heavy luggage upstairs. The private shower was nice, and i found a kettle for tea and coffee was a convenient amenity. I appreciated how spacious and clean the room was.
The shared toilet down the hall was not ideal (it requires a short walk).

The site manager was prompt in sending check-in details. The staff allowed me to drop off my bags before check-in, accommodating. Communication was smooth and effective (i was very happy).

The room had a kettle. Tea and coffee were provided. I found a shared kitchen on the basement level. It included a large refrigerator. The check-in process was easy. Clear instructions were provided to access the building and my room.
The shared toilet was down the hall. This arrangement was not ideal. I could hear people coming in late.
