the location was acceptable it was close to amenities
the room was rather cold the electric heater barely worked i suspect it was broken. the shower temperature control did not function properly it was either scalding hot or freezing cold

the location was excellent for exploring the attractions. i found my room very clean and well kept, with fresh linens. i appreciated the plentiful tea and coffee supplies available in the room (perfect for a late-night cuppa!).
the wifi signal was inconsistent, a little difficult to stay connected at times.

while i did not have any full meals at the hotel, i noticed there were plenty of tea, coffee, and milk options in my room. the kettle was clean and worked perfectly. there are local cafes nearby.

the hotel's location is very central, which i found convenient for sightseeing. many attractions are within a short walk, so i didn't need to use public transportation often. it is close to many amenities.

the lady who greeted me upon arrival was friendly and helpful. she quickly got me settled and answered all my questions with a smile. the check-in process was efficient.
