a sweet haven
helpful staff convenient location rooftop breakfast safe area
i found the staff very helpful. they changed my room to better suit my needs. the location felt safe. it was close to the metro, very practical. the rooftop breakfast was also a big plus. it provided a pleasant start to my days.
the furniture looked a bit old, maybe used. it seemed like some pieces could use refresh. but it didn't ruin the stay.

the staff was friendly. they advised guests well. they are discreet. thierry spoke french also which was useful when i needed assistance with directions. they were very kind.

my room was spacious. it was cleaned properly every day. i appreciate this a lot. i had many towels and they changed them daily. the bed was very large and it felt comfortable for sleeping.

Acceptable Stay Near Public Transportation
convenient location rooftop breakfast small room inconsistent water
The location proved very convenient , being a short walk to the metro station. This made traveling around the city simple for us. Breakfast on the rooftop was a good experience.
The room we occupied was quite small , and moving around with our luggage became a challenge. The shower's hot water was inconsistent , fluctuating between scalding and cold. This made showering a very uncomfortable ordeal.

the rooftop terrace offered a pleasant space for breakfast. i found the breakfast selection satisfactory. the hotel is located near public transportation options. the room had air conditioning that worked efficiently.
the shower was small.

used towel separate building
I needed more towels, but I only had one, and it looked used. How lovely. Humidity was a problem when the air conditioning wasn't running, but I get sick when the air conditioning is on. Darn! I was put in a separate building upon arrival without prior notice. How convenient. The building lacked a receptionist, so any questions required a trek to another building. Fabulous!
