the hotel has a fantastic location in a quiet square. reception staff provided excellent friendly service. the room was clean and quiet, great for restful nights. i appreciated the staff's help with restaurant recommendations and taxi bookings.
The room did not have a minibar. This would have been a convenient addition for keeping drinks cold.

The hotel is situated in a central area, convenient for walking to key attractions. It offers a peaceful setting away from busier streets. the proximity to landmarks made sightseeing very easy. the square outside the hotel was quiet. at night

the reception staff were kind and helpful, they provided useful tips. they arranged taxis quickly when needed. the staff demonstrated excellent attentiveness. they addressed all my requests efficiently.

the room included air conditioning in two parts, awesome for independent temperature regulation. it also featured a cozy terrace. i could relax after sightseeing. the bed was very comfortable.

the location was great near the main attractions. the staff were friendly and provided good service. i also liked the proximity to a sister hotel for breakfast.
the bathroom door did not have a proper closure. the water pressure in the shower was weak and made it difficult to adjust the temperature. this was inconvenient .

the room lacked basic amenities. the air conditioning system was inadequate, failing to cool the room effectively despite being set at a low temperature. additionally, i found the breakfast offerings disappointing, particularly the quality of the cold meats and the lack of variety in fresh fruits.
