adequate stay
easy access convenient location sized room new bathroom good shower dust unclean floor constant noise
the location suited my needs it allowed easy access to amenities. the room provided was adequately sized it featured nice decorations. i found the bathroom to be newly renovated the shower was particularly good.
i noticed dust in common areas this impacted cleanliness. the floor felt unclean it needed better maintenance. the building was noisy the constant background sounds disturbed sleep.

the room was clean. it was easy to find.
the building was noisy. pipes made regular noise and it was hard to sleep. my room was right by the entrance. people coming in and out was too much.

Simple, green, relaxing
really good location useful microwave clear instructions
The bus stop LOCATION is really good with frequent service. I found a microwave and toaster available to use. The check-in PROCESS was simple. I received clear instructions on the day of arrival.
The walls are thin i could hear other guests.

the hotel has good transport connections to the central area. buses arrive every few minutes at a stop close to the building. the railway station is also close at only a few minutes by foot.

black mold blocked sink
The location was good for access to both the city and Sefton.
The room needed better cleaning. Black mold grew in the shower and floor grouting, a problem I observed . The sink was blocked with grime and filth. When the cleaner came, she reattached the plug without addressing the underlying issue.

there was more dust than i would have liked both in common spaces and in my room the floor did not feel clean.

this location is awesome it is a little out of the city center it is an easy walk to the center and i prefer that there is a bus stop nearby with several bus lines available to reach different parts of the city.

the owner was very understanding of my change of plans communication was effective with quick responses to my queries i received clear instructions for entry making the check-in process seamless i felt supported even without direct personal interaction.

fantastic stay!
convenient location free parking useful kitchenette
The location was great. The bus stop was a short walk away. frequent buses went into the city center. free street parking was available right outside the hotel (which was a huge plus). the little kitchenette on the landing had everything i needed.
i found a bit more dust than i expected. i think the floor could have been cleaner.

the room was modern and clean. i appreciated the good size and the comfy bed. a hanging rail with hangers was helpful, also a mirror and chair were available for doing hair and make up.

the kitchenette on the landing was great for making hot drinks. coffee and tea bags were provided, a nice touch (i especially liked the tea selection!). a fridge, toaster, kettle and microwave were also available.
