the parking had sufficient space for my vehicle and trailer and i found the staff to be very helpful. the dinner in the restaurant was good and had a nice homecooked quality. i found the room was clean and the water was hot. breakfast was good and it had a reasonably priced menu.

the bar man had a miserable attitude and seemed rude during my brief interaction.

the location was quiet and not far from villages, it offered easy access to west near areas. it provides a relaxing environment away from busy streets. the hotel offers convenient access to nearby attractions.

the room was clean and spacious, it lacked air conditioning but the temperature was okay. i found a smart tv and bedside usb sockets that i appreciated. the room looked recently renovated, and i found it to be very comfortable.

ABSOLUTELY amazing stay!

I loved the beautiful location. Royal Wooten Basset is fantastic, the hotel grounds are amazing. Barney, their adorable puppy, greeted me upon arrival. Jo, Rob, and the rest of the staff are great. They go above and beyond to. This was my first visit, but I am already planning to come back next year.

The lighting in my room was a little dim. there WAS no mirror. The shower took a bit to get warm and remained lukewarm. Since the hotel is not open until 6:00 PM, I had to find another place for a drink and food in the afternoon.

The double room I booked featured a private bathroom, assuring convenience and privacy . the recently refurbished space included new, clean amenities which contributed to a pleasant experience. The room was spacious enough to accommodate my luggage and allowed me to move around comfortably.

the room was adequately equipped with tea and coffee facilities.

The bed was excessively soft. I did not sleep well. the wardrobe rattled each time someone walked across the room. I believe dampers are needed on the doors.

the breakfast was freshly cooked it tasted superb. the staff was very friendly they helped me find local places.

shower was very poor not much power and water only lukewarm. radiator in bathroom didn't work towel rail came away from the wall if you put anything on it

i found a couple of issues . the shower had very little water pressure, and the temperature was only lukewarm (a bit disappointing after a long day, honestly). also, the radiator in the bathroom didn't work, so it was quite chilly in there, especially after showering.
