great location friendly staff easy walk

i loved the proximity to many attractions and restaurants i could easily walk to various dining spots the grove was just around the corner the staff were friendly and always greeted me making me feel welcome

the elevator was quite slow it was sometimes more convenient to use the stairs particularly when i was not carrying luggage

attentive staff extra towel swingers restaurant

I found the staff attentive. they fulfilled all requests quickly. i was able to request an extra towel from the front desk easily. the swingers restaurant was next door. The food was great both times i ate there late at night.

the ac unit made a bad rattling noise all night , made my stay a little uncomfortable

this hotel may not be the fanciest. the retro vibe is very cute. the staff is very friendly. the location is central to everything. i could walk to so many places. driving to even more locations was simple. i really loved my stay.

The elevator was broken . I hope it gets fixed soon!

great location helpful staff iconic diner poor airflow empty toiletries broken elevator

i enjoyed the hotel's location. it was super close to the grove, farmers markets, and wholefoods. swingers diner downstairs was iconic.. i ate there often. the staff was very helpful with everything i needed.

there was no air flow in the room, so it was quite hot. the soap and shampoo were not refilled when i arrived. i had to request them, and they were brought up later.. the elevator broke down, and i was on the top floor, so i had to walk up and down.
