clean room comfy bed great location
the location was great. it was within walking distance to many attractions and restaurants were nearby. the room was also very clean and it had a comfy bed.
The air conditioning unit made quite a loud noise. It was quite noticeable.

amazing queen west stay!
smooth process clear instructions
the location seriously rocks! everything i wanted to see was super close. the check-in process was smooth. it was also very nice that the instructions provided were really clear. i would definitely stay again. the room has soap and shampoo which is useful.
The air conditioning system was loud. It really disrupted my sleep. this could be improved with maintenance. it's important for a restful stay.

the room had facilities like tea and coffee, a television. soap and shampoo and conditioner. the room was also relatively clean and super comfortable. it. i loved it.

The app made it super easy to get in and out of the building. That was amazing. it's fantastic, because the clear instructions made everything really efficient. the whole experience felt seamless.
