acceptable locationoutdated decorunexpected cost
the location was acceptable and within walking distance to many places.
the room i stayed in felt quite outdated. the decor seemed old, and the shower had inconsistent water temperatures (it kept switching between hot and cold). i also wasn't informed about a daily parking fee until check-out.

adequate stay with some drawbacks
parking feelack of tea
i encountered a few issues . the parking situation was not ideal. i wasn't informed about the $20 daily parking fee until after i parked. this felt a bit sneaky. also, the lack of plain tea was surprising (i really wanted english breakfast tea). it's unusual for a hotel not to offer it.

I appreciated the friendly staff, they were always available to help. the hotel was well-kept, . the location was also a plus. I could easily walk to dining options though, it was a bit further from the beach.
