The staff was helpful. The hotel has a 24-hour coffee station , it is very convenient. I parked my car in the underground garage, it felt very secure.
The TV remote in my room was missing its battery cover.

Breakfast featured varied options, including eggs, toast , and oatmeal. The coffee from the lobby was preferable. There were also free drinks available in the lobby , that was very handy.

The front desk staff provided useful directions and recommendations. Upon check out , they offered coffee for the road , I found this very thoughtful. I felt they accommodated my needs promptly and efficiently.

I found the room to be very clean. underground parking was free, which i appreciated. the staff was both professional and friendly. breakfast was good. It provided a solid start to each day of my visit.

the bed was big and comfy. i found the tv to be huge. there was lots of room. the room had one bedroom and two double beds in the living space, which worked well. the room had a coffee maker and a fridge.

The room was spacious, but it had some issues. The shampoo dispenser in the shower was sticky. Only a few drops came out. the balcony was not clean and did not seem inviting. the RECEPTIONIST seemed uninterested, more focused on her phone.

I found the rooms spacious and clean . The full underground parking was convenient, and the room remained peaceful. The pool and hot tub were clean and well kept, awesome for a relaxing experience. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and prime location.
the room did not have a bathtub. I think refillable containers in the shower are better than tiny shampoo bottles. It would reduce waste.

the underground parking was full one night, but I found street parking close by. the pool and hot tub were clean and maintained at a perfect temperature. visiting these early in the morning proved a relaxing experience.
the breakfast area felt small when crowded during peak times, a larger space would improve comfort. waiting for a table was needed, this made mornings less relaxing.
