The hotel location allowed easy access to many dinner options. I liked the wood floors instead of carpet. The room seemed larger than usual, a definite plus for my stay.
The television in my room was broken. I wish that this issue had been resolved promptly upon reporting it.

The front desk staff displayed efficiency and friendliness during my interactions, though i wish i had noted the name of the gray-haired woman who provided excellent checkout service. She had a nice smile.

The laundry facilities were convenient needing to wash clothes. I noticed a very good selection of breakfast items that featured bagels, fruit, and waffle makers. This was a good spread.

i appreciated the hotel's location, very convenient for reaching nearby attractions. the free breakfast offered a decent variety of options to start the day. the staff members were polite and quick to respond to my requests. i also liked the overall cleanliness of the room and common areas.
the gym equipment seemed a little dated , though functional.

the suite contained two queen beds and a seating area. i saw the bathroom equipped with a shower and standard toiletries. fresh towels were readily available each day and the air conditioning worked effectively maintaining a cool temperature.

the check in staff was speedy. the bed was very comfortable, i slept so well. water stations to refill your bottle were available and very convenient. i really enjoyed free breakfast there.
there were a lot of people eating at the same time, it was crowded. i thought they could have used another waffle iron. it would helped ease the congestion during peak hours.
