The reception staff offered quick assistance during check-in. My room faced the park. I found the tramline right outside a charming addition. I appreciated tea and coffee in the room.
The restaurant menu lacked variety , especially for children. I think a snack option would enhance the dining experience.

the location was fine, it was close to the center.
my room felt cramped, and it faced the street so sleeping was hard because it was noisy. the breakfast options seemed limited, the scrambled eggs didn't taste fresh and i wished there was more variety. overall, i felt a little disappointed.

The hotel's location provided easy access to all attractions. The breakfast included a wide range of options. The staff was consistently helpful . I found the water refill station on the ground floor very convenient.
The tram caused noticeable noise pollution. The noise at certain hours was disruptive. I suggest soundproofing for enhanced comfort.
