convenient location near the centre
helpful staff good selection ideal location
the staff were helpful to me. the breakfast had a good selection of foods. there was also gluten-free bread available for one person in my group. i found the hotel location ideal for accessing the main square and the castle.
i experienced noise from the outside drinking area which was not ideal.

The location allowed very easy access to key sites. The room offered a functional fridge. Breakfast featured diverse fresh selections. I found the staff always ready to assist with directions.
The elevators operation can be a minor inconvenience due to it stopping between floors.

The reception staff offered quick assistance during check-in. My room faced the park. I found the tramline right outside a charming addition. I appreciated tea and coffee in the room.
The restaurant menu lacked variety , especially for children. I think a snack option would enhance the dining experience.

small room limited breakfast
the location was fine, it was close to the center.
my room felt cramped, and it faced the street so sleeping was hard because it was noisy. the breakfast options seemed limited, the scrambled eggs didn't taste fresh and i wished there was more variety. overall, i felt a little disappointed.

easy access wide range helpful staff
The hotel's location provided easy access to all attractions. The breakfast included a wide range of options. The staff was consistently helpful . I found the water refill station on the ground floor very convenient.
The tram caused noticeable noise pollution. The noise at certain hours was disruptive. I suggest soundproofing for enhanced comfort.
