thin pillowsshower leak
the breakfast area felt crowded and noisy (i guess a lot of people were trying to get their fill). also, our room, the standard twin room, had very thin pillows, so we didn't sleep well. the shower leaked too. water got all over the floor.

The proximity to the u-bahn station was convenient. Access to the city was quick and easy. i appreciated the free coffee and tea available throughout the day, a very nice touch. the breakfast included many options and was a great start to the day. the staff were helpful.

the hotel is very close to the subway station. public transport is convenient and offers quick access to various parts of the city, really saving on travel time. several restaurants and a supermarket are also nearby.

My standard queen room was clean, and it had a queen sized bed. the room included a fridge. tea and coffee sachets were replenished every day. This ensured i always had refreshments available, though. I would like to see water being provided daily.

The hotel reception staff were friendly to my needs. They were helpful. the staff ensured a smooth check-in and check-out process. i found all staff members to be super helpful and responsive to all queries and requests i made.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide array of options. the scrambled eggs were well-prepared. They avoided being dry. hard boiled and soft boiled eggs were available, offering variety. This made breakfast quite good with many different things to try.

The public transport access is very convenient. the subway station is nearby. the staff members are friendly and helpful. i found the free coffee a nice touch. There were lots of towels available in the room.
i found that drinking water was only provided on the first day. it was disappointing water bottles weren't supplied during the remaining days.
