the front desk was helpful. my room was clean and quiet. the bed was comfortable too. private car service was easily arranged through reception.
the underground parking area had a very narrow, twisting ramp. maneuvering up and down was difficult.

the reception team impressed me with their helpfulness. the room had a large window. the bathroom was well fitted with a great shower. i also found the efficient daily cleaning to be a real plus.
the underground parking had a very narrow twisting slope to navigate. the superior room seemed smaller than i expected. it didn't quite meet the expectations set by its description.
