the location proved convenient, being CENTRAL to various points of interest. the staff were helpful when i asked for directions.
my disappointment began when I found hairs in the bathroom. the room had a musty odour, not very inviting. this, combined with a squeaky bed, affected my sleep negatively.

The hotel is very quiet, despite its central location. I found the staff kind and friendly. My standard room included tea and coffee facilities, a nice bonus. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the space cool!!!

The hotel enjoys proximity to the train station. It is conveniently located near the town center. I found many restaurants nearby. The hotel is also within walking distance of the cathedral.

Breakfast offered many choices. There was everything one could want. Drivers using the underground parking lot across from the hotel should select their fare upon arrival to streamline the process. Breakfast was amazing!!!

The rooms are very clean. Staff is thoughtful and pleasant. They provided storage for our bags upon arrival and departure. The hotel offers easy access to the underground parking, a definite plus.

The desk staff were very helpful. The location is great, with lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Breakfast offered a decent selection (I especially liked the bread and butter!).
The building seemed a bit old. I noticed some tired decor in the common areas. The room was quite small, leaving little space to move around.

The hotel is amazing location, ideal for exploration. The staff helped book dinner and arrange transport, I found that helpful. The room was clean, and the bedding felt soft and of high quality.
The breakfast area was a bit compact.
