My stay included a nice and neat room. The staff provided friendly service throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located near a major train station. The ride to Manhattan takes about an hour. I also found several good options for dining nearby.
The curtains in my room showed some slight wear, specifically what looked like a stain.

The staff members are very friendly and personable (including the late-nite staff). Rosa was great and happy to help with a genuinely positive attitude. Their commitment to guest happiness is something the hotel should be proud of.

The free breakfast offers a nice, clean and spacious room with good furniture. The breakfast selection is above average, and I found authentic bagels there. There are options for pães, frutas, waffle, and ovo.

The hotel is located in an excellent shopping area and close to a major train station. Although it is about 50 minutes by subway to the center, it's just one block from the subway entrance. The street is very busy, even at night.
