clean room helpful staff convenient location
I found the hotel very clean. the staff was friendly and helpful . the location was a definite bonus. It was close to the train station and other central areas. i really liked the easy access it gave me.
the lack of an elevator was a notable inconvenience. carrying luggage up the stairs was a bit challenging.

great hotel experience
large tv spacious fridge fluffy eggs
i found the smart tv very large. it offered access to netflix and disney+. i appreciated the spacious fridge in the room. sockets were plentiful which helped with electronics. breakfast included fluffy scrambled eggs and many choices.
i had to carry my luggage upstairs. there is no elevator. the porter did not offer help.

the hotel provides a central location near the train station. the staff were very kind and always ready to help. i received good advice about local restaurants from roberta. the plentiful breakfast included varied dishes.
i noticed there was no elevator, requiring some effort to carry luggage to higher floors

Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The local food was tasty, and there were many options available. the room featured a sizable television, which i found great for winding down after a long day of exploring. i felt very comfortable during my time at this hotel.
the walls seems a bit thin, because i could sometimes hear noise from adjacent rooms.

small room faulty curtains
The room size meet our needs. there was a very big TV screen.
I disliked that despite a upgrade, the room I had was really small. There was nowhere to put my case. Curtains didn't fully cover the window. I found it hard to open or close the curtains.
