loud neighborscold room
I did like the bunkbeds, but the noise level in the hallway at night was unbearable. I woke up constantly because the people in the adjacent rooms were so loud! the room was ice-cold even though the heating was turned up all the way. It was really difficult to get a good night's sleep because of that.

dirty roomsmelly pillow
Check-in involved machines. A large group arrived. The receptionist served them first. I waited 20 minutes, and the reception area had no seats. The room was not clean. There was hair on the bed. The pillow smelled like it was not replaced after cleaning.
