The location proved convenient, allowing a short walk to the center. The check-in process was easy (it only took a couple of minutes). I found free parking available, a definite plus.
There was a weird smell in the room, particularly noticeable in the bathroom. The room seemed not cleaned properly. I saw hair in several places. Staff walked into the room twice before check-out time, without regard for privacy (and there was no 'do not disturb' sign).

the hotel provided an excellent location for business near the colosseum theater. i appreciated the user-friendly self-service check-in (very helpful for late arrivals). i found coffee and vending machines readily accessible for quick refreshments. the availability of on-site parking added significant convenience.
