convenient location easy check-in free parking weird smell improper cleaning staff intrusion
The location proved convenient, allowing a short walk to the center. The check-in process was easy (it only took a couple of minutes). I found free parking available, a definite plus.
There was a weird smell in the room, particularly noticeable in the bathroom. The room seemed not cleaned properly. I saw hair in several places. Staff walked into the room twice before check-out time, without regard for privacy (and there was no 'do not disturb' sign).

excellent location self-service check-in accessible machines on-site parking
the hotel provided an excellent location for business near the colosseum theater. i appreciated the user-friendly self-service check-in (very helpful for late arrivals). i found coffee and vending machines readily accessible for quick refreshments. the availability of on-site parking added significant convenience.

stained walls disruptive noise
the parking situation was confusing. the room had some stained walls and the noise from the car park was disruptive until late. i did not appreciate that.
