comfortable suite mountain views full equipment underground lot
The suite was unbelievably comfortable. I really enjoyed the mountain views from the balcony. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. It was so convenient to prepare my own meals. Free parking in the underground lot was a huge plus! I appreciated how close the location was to everything.
One of the corridors seemed a little bit DARK.

The hotel has a small gym with three treadmills. It has two stationary bikes. There also is an indoor pool available . This provides an alternative for exercise and recreation during your stay.

Our suite included two separate sinks. This makes mornings easier for couples. The rainfall shower was so luxurious and relaxing. It really helps you unwind. The beds were spacious and wonderfully comfortable.

The hotel is near a public bus stop. This offers easy access to local attractions. A Japanese restaurant is located on the ground floor. This provides convenient dining options. The town center is just a short walk away.

The staff welcomed us with warmth and assisted with kindness. They were attentive to all our needs. They made sure our upgrade to the suite went smoothly. Such a pleasant surprise! I will never forget how helpful they were.

weathered furniture broken slat
the room was clean and spacious enough, it had a kitchen with a fridge and a coffee maker.
The patio furniture was old and weathered, the table wobbled badly and one of the chairs had a broken slat. I couldn't really use it to enjoy the mountain view..

Really good stay
quick response extra blankets super clean suite
the staff responded quickly to my requests. they brought extra blankets for my daughter sleeping on the pull-out couch at midnight. our two-bedroom suite included a kitchen and two bathrooms. the suite was super clean, spacious, and well-equipped, even with a pair of scissors..
the corridors had minimal lighting. i felt uneasy walking through them. the old carpets did not enhance the lodge's appeal.

the staff was friendly and accommodating. they genuinely want to ensure guests have a pleasant time. i appreciated the quick responses to requests, it reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction and a well-managed team.

spacious suite well equipped kitchen maintained facilities free car wash
The suite was quite spacious with a fantastic little balcony. The kitchen was equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. I found the facilities to be well maintained, and check-in was efficient. I also used the free car wash after a drive.
I did notice a slight delay in the elevator service during peak hours..

adequate but nothing special
old carpets uncomfortable sofa
the corridors felt a bit gloomy with minimal lighting. i think the old carpets need replacing, and unfortunately, i suspect bedbugs were present because the bed wasn't comfortable. the sofa also wasn't great. its disappointing that the hotel doesn't seem well-kept.
