The receptionist found a family room for us after i booked two separate rooms. This was very helpful. the room was spacious, easily accommodating our family. breakfast had so much food to choose from!!! i really appreciated the variety. the staff was cheerful and was genuinely happy to help.

the room i got initially did not have windows. it felt a little cramped and i felt closed in.

The staff was very helpful and spoke English fluently. On-site parking was a great plus. The room was clean. It had everything needed for a comfortable night! The hotel's proximity to the train station to the Lake makes it easy.

My room lacked a window. It had some fan noise throughout the night. I had trouble sleeping the first night. It was hard to figure out where exactly the noise came from.
