i appreciated the hotel's proximity to the cruise terminal. IT was very convenient to walk across the street. Restaurants nearby offered many choices. i enjoyed a large room that was very clean.

i appreciated the hotel's convenient location. it was near museums and restaurants. the cruise ship pier was across the street from tower iii. i could easily walk to little italy.
The ac unit was quite noisy. It made sleeping a little difficult. the beds were smaller than expected.

an ok stay, BUT expensive parking

i really appreciate the manager, ryan. he made sure my son receive a birthday message to our room. also, luis from the front desk helped me a lot with check in and answered all my questions. he were very kind, I thought.
i really FELT the room was run down. the bathroom floor tile HAD missing pieces of grout and mildew. the furniture are old and our sliding glass door are super hard to open and close. plus, they do not offer room service.
