romantic getaway
bay views short walk colorful sunrise
i really enjoyed our stay. the outdoor eatery had amazing views of the bay. after a short walk from tin city, we relaxed and had drinks. the colorful sunrise from our room overlooking the bay was quite serene.

relaxing stay with amazing views
relaxing vibe great location great weekend
i really loved how welcome i felt. the vibe was relaxing and the location was really nice. i enjoyed the view and tin city. it was close to everything we wanted to see, so i thank them for a great weekend.
the windows in my room did not properly seal the noise from the busy street, and the loud a/c added to it. it was pretty noisy in the room. i hope they can fix this soon.

The tiki bar restaurant has a fantastic bay view. It's within walking distance of shops. the restaurant provides an amazing view of the bayfront bay, great for enjoying lunch and drinks.

The rooms were remodeled. my room was very nice with tiled floors and no carpet. It was very clean. my bathroom included a spacious walk-in shower. i slept very well.

the hotel is centrally located near shopping, restaurants and the beach. it is close to tin city and fifth avenue downtown. the location made it easy to reach everything.

Superb stay!
bay view attentive staff local restaurant
The tiki bar had amazing bay views. I found the staff helpful and attentive, providing great service. I also appreciated the proximity to many restaurants and shops just a short walk away. This added so much convenience. It really allowed me to explore local dining and shopping with ease.
The room felt dated. It needed some updates. There were minor damages in the bathroom.

The reception staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The lounge bar staff was equally attentive and helpful. This. Breakfast by the pool was also an excellent way to start the day.

The room was very clean and well-kept. I had nice towels and linens available. My room included a mini-fridge, a TV, a coffee machine, and two complimentary bottles of water. I found this very helpful.

The breakfast deck seriously impressed me! The hotel bar had live music. Happy hour was super fun too. Parking came at no extra charge to me.
The window shade was broken. Some of the bedside lights failed. I spoke to the front desk, but nobody came to fix it. My room felt dark.

Wonderful stay by the bay!
convenient location kind staff clean room ample parking
I found the location super convenient, it was close to everything! I could easily walk to various shops and restaurants nearby. The staff was very kind, and always ready to help with a smile, this. I really liked how clean the room was and how well-kept the entire hotel was. The hotel had good parking spaces, so i had no worries about my car.
The gym had limited equipment, so i found it a bit small.

The outdoor pool was clean and well kept. It had plenty of lounge chairs around it. The gym, while small, had modern equipment, i saw treadmills, bikes and some free weights. I saw that parking was available and free for all guests.

My Bay View King room had a comfortable king-size bed. The room was very clean and well-organized, i had all the amenities i needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries.

Breakfast was available on the terrace and i found it very nice. I could see that the terrace offered beautiful bay views and a calm atmosphere. I enjoyed my breakfast with that beautiful scenario!

convenient location close beach easy parking dated room needed maintenance small bathroom
the hotel has a very convenient location. it is close to beaches and shops. i could walk to 5th avenue. i did not worry about parking.
the room was dated and it needed some maintenance! much of it was old or damaged. this was especially true in the bathroom. the bathroom was very small.

fantastic stay
colorful sunrise outdoor eatery bay view
The room overlooked the bay. I could see a colorful sunrise everyday. i relaxed at the outdoor eatery. The lounge also had a view of the bay. after walking across the street to tin city. My wife and i enjoyed drinks before going to 5th avenue.
The hotel cancelled my reservation without notice. This happened while we traveled. they charged my credit card and only offered a refund after i explained. there was no apology offered for the error or restitution.

The front desk receptionist was friendly and provided useful information. the bar and restaurant staff were also great. Their service was fast and attentive, and i felt very welcome at all times.

The bar offers a nice view, so i enjoyed my time there. food is available, and a complimentary continental breakfast is provided. It included several options, and upgrading to a hot breakfast costs only four dollars.
