The location was close to Masjid Haram. This was convenient for prayers.
The shuttle service was NOT frequent. I ended up taking taxis to and from Haram, and it increased my costs A LOT. I am frustrated

The bus shuttle service to the Haram was INCREDIBLY convenient. It made getting to prayers SO much easier. The staff were helpful. They quickly replenished supplies when I asked. I found the fast check-in process really efficient.
The windows weren't double glazed. This meant some outside noise was audible.

The food offered was delicious, and I thought the prices were economical. I noticed that the dining area was kept quite clean during meal service. There seemed to be a good variety of options available at each meal.

A free shuttle service operated regularly, providing easy transportation to key sites. I observed that the bus stop was located right outside the hotel. Taxis had no problems accessing the hotel too.

The receptionist was REALLY helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I appreciated how quickly any requests were addressed by the team. They were courteous when I checked out a little late.
