The lobby and dining areas feature beautiful furnishings. My room had effective air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Staff members provided helpful service. The pool area was clean, and I could leave luggage for storage prior to my departure.

I experienced slight delays with taxi services, as drivers sometimes had trouble finding the location.

The staff offered a welcome drink and crispy banana snacks upon arrival. They greeted me with smiles and were always lovely. I appreciated the free airport pickup they arranged. They really offer excellent customer service.

i stayed in a villa and its totally cool with wood doors and a legit lock! it felt so quiet. breakfast is like, right by the pool, buffet style. i saw eggs and nasi goreng and like, even marmite!

The gardens were indeed lush.

The room reeked of mildew. I suspect some kind of plumbing issue existed, given the persistent sewage smell. I also noticed a concerning number of mosquitos, and the provided mosquito net had several holes.
